朝坐禅会
不定休。 参加希望の方は前日までに開催の有無をお問い合わせください。毎日参加されている方は連絡不要です。 基本毎朝、禅堂は開放しており、古参の方が自由に坐れる随意坐の時間とします。

個人・グループ坐禅会
参加者のご都合に合わせて、個人・もしくはグループでの坐禅会を行っております。ゆっくり時間をとって、質疑をしながら、坐禅の実践を行います。

毎週木曜日の午後 庭掃除、薪割り、畑仕事などしております １３：００ 開始 １５：００ 茶礼 木曜日以外でも庭の掃除や草引き、畑仕事などの作務をしております。 ご参加ご希望の方はご連絡ください。
